Successfully tendered to take over exclusive operations of the Old Melbourne Gaol precinct partnering with the National Trust of Australia (Victoria).

Rebranded and respositioned the group to grow outside the South Wharf operations, with a strategic 5 year plan to become a major player on the Melbourne scene.

Successfully tendered for the highly coveted State Library contract as exclusive caterer and event partner, in line with an $88M refurbishment of the library, with operations swelling across 11 spaces and kitchens.

Mid-year launch planned to build on existing service to office catering activations, private catered events, and a series of non exclusive venues.
