As we excitedly start to re-open our venues at Showtime Event Group, we want to ensure our attendees that we have taken different measures to guarantee the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.

Reviewed Floor Plans
Our dedicated Event producers will work with you to create a floorplan that maximises airflow, reduces touch points and maintains social distancing.
Considerations include;
- Opening of internal doors
- The positioning of hand sanitiser stations
- Individual entry and exit points where possible
Contract Tracing
Showtime Event Group captures the names and contact details of all our event attendees in the most efficient and least intrusive way. Organisers can provide us with a list of names and contact details to be checked on arrival, and there is a staff QR code at the entrance of the venue to discourage queues from forming.
Food Service
We have revised our menus to be served in a COVID safe way, in line with the advice provided by DHHS
Education and Awareness
All Showtime Event Group staff have completed industry accredited training
We provide information for guests, before they come on site, advising them to stay home if unwell, and of the measures that we have in place to protect them in the venue.
We display additional signage on hygiene and safety measures in prominent places throughout our venues, including:
- A sign at each entry advising maximum capacity
- Information about the symptoms of COVID -19
- Hygiene and physical distancing practices
- Signage in bathroom washing areas
On The Day
Showtime Event Group provide a dedicated COVID Safe Marshall for each event to oversee the admission of guests and staff onsite and monitor hygiene and social distancing during the event.
Our dedicated Event Producers work with clients on pre-event communication and house keeping speeches, to ensure that guests are aware of:
- How to identify the COVID Safe Marshall, and what should be brought to their attention
- Social distancing rules
- Location of sanitiser and information stations
- Food service measures in place
Together we are looking forward to restarting our industry as we follow the guidelines in place.
