Every Wednesday at 5pm we’re bringing your ‘Wine Time’. Register for your online session, and have the option to purchase the wines from us, delivered to your door. You can also add a cheese board to sample at the tasting. The first two weeks will focus on ‘Winter Reds’ and are presented by our very own Wedding Producer and trained Sommelier, Colleen Haggarty.
Certified in WSET (Wine Spirits Education Trust) Level 2 & Level 3 – Level 3 Certified with Merit for both the theory and a pass with Distinction for the tasting.
I grew up in a wine loving family, and when I learned I could work in an industry surrounded by wine, earn money, and learn at the same time, I was sold! I started my wine career in 2013 under a French Sommelier in the USA, following a summer at a Vineyard where I got to combine my love for wine and weddings at the same time. Learning throughout the harvest, the bottling, I got to learn the ins and outs of winemaking. Fast-forward to 2015 and I am now learning under an Italian Sommelier in Australia! As an assistant Sommelier, I was in charge of purchasing, the wine list (awarded “Three Glass Restaurant” named by Gourmet Traveller for 2016 ,2017, 2018 & 2019), tastings, and teaching others.
