Wine, Dine and Wellness on Wednesday

Over the next four weeks, we’re staying connected with series of Wine, Dine and Wellness events. In what is a great way to keep in touch with our clients, and showcase our series of online options – each of these events are FREE to register, and interactive with our team so you can ask questions on how we can develop a tailored event specifically for your next online event.

Each session is hosted by one of the Showtime team, who are joined with an industry expert. Here’s an overview of you can expect to see in the coming weeks.

Wine and Dine - 'Ricotta Gnocchi and Sparkling Wines' - 23rd September at 4pm

Hosted by our General Manager Brad, and facilitated by our Senior Head Chef, Ryan, resident Sommelier and Wedding Producer Colleen, and joined by Treasury Wine Estates Alistair. 

The session kicks off with an intimate master class on Sparkling wine, as Colleen and Alistair talk about the difference between Australian Sparkling, French Champagne, and Italian Prosecco. When registering for the sessions, you have the option of purchasing tasting sample of the three wines being shown, including a tasting mat for just $10. Wines are delivered to you in advance, and delivery is free for all house holds with in a 20km radius of the Melbourne CBD. This sessions wines include Seppelt Salinger Vintage Cuvee 2013; Seppelt Salinger Premium Cuvee NV; and La Giosa Prosecco NV.

Following this session, resident Chef Pepe will take you through an online cooking class. All registered guests will receive an ingredient list and recipe card to make homemade Ricotta Gnocchi. So you will have the opportunity to pre purchase all the ingredients ahead of time, and zoom in with your house hold to cook along.

Work Out and Wellness - 30th September and 14th October at 9am

Hosted by our General Manager Brad, and facilitated by our Wedding Producer and Personal Trainer Alice, and joined by Bridie 

On the 30th of September, the session includes a wellness workout of the mind, body and soul. Bridie from CorePlus will take guide us in Pilates class. She has been teaching group fitness for 10 years and loves to create classes that are welcoming, supportive, flowing and challenging! “I want people to leave my classes feeling strong (mentally and physically), uplifted and energised! I love to connect with others through movement and when someone comes to our studio, I want those moments to be the best part of their day! It’s very rewarding to be able to provide a space that allows someone to get out of their head and into their body. That is the magic of movement!”

On the 14th October, Senior Head Chef Ryan will take you through a nutrition lesson, and talk about the foods that he recommends for the body, mind and soul, and how your nutrition can help you through the lock down period, and beyond.

Wine and Dine - 'Grazing with Wynn's Day' - 7th October at 4pm

Hosted by our General Manager Brad, and facilitated by our Senior Head Chef, Ryan, resident Sommelier and Wedding Producer Colleen, and joined by Wynn’s Wine Maker, Sarah 

The session includes a zoom in by Sarah from the Wynns winery in Coonawarra, South Australia to talk about the range of Wynns wines.  When registering for the sessions, you have the option of purchasing tasting sample of the three wines being shown, including a tasting mat for just $10. Wines are delivered to you in advance, and delivery is free for all house holds with in a 20km radius of the Melbourne CBD.

Following this session, Senior Head Chef Ryan will take you through how to create a show stopping grazing board. All registered guests will receive a suggested ingredient list, which you can either follow along with, or substitute for your choice of selection.  So you will have the opportunity to pre purchase all the ingredients ahead of time, and zoom in and follow along.
